Short term rates are inclusive of all taxes and service charges, please note the following:
- One time fee of $35 Energy Charge is applicable.
- All reservations are required to be pre-paid.
- Maximum 4 persons per villa.
- All fees are in USD currency
Long term Rentals:
- Rates start at $1350.00 per month.
- Additional charges apply for water and electricity (based on consumption)
- One month security deposit is required for long term rentals
