We have specific requirement for a property to be managed by HBK Villa Rentals to ensure that we can offer a consistent standard to our vacationers.

• Villa must be air-conditioned – All rooms should be air-conditioned. (Air-condition in both bedrooms only is also acceptable)

• Direct dial telephone – Telephone should have free incoming international calls system (this is a free service offered by Cable and Wireless). If an owner is desirous of activating the outgoing service, then they can do this directly with Cable and Wireless. Telephone application is approx EC $245.00. Monthly fee is EC $30.00

• Cable TV – Owner can apply for cable at CTV (Long Street). Application is approx EC $120.00. Monthly fee is EC$75.00. Alternatively, Karib Cable is also available.

• Good standard of kitchen equipment, furniture and linen

Kitchen equipment should include microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen utensils for six. Two sets of bed linen for each bed and two sets of towels

• Contents, building and third party liability insurance – Insurance available for rates of US $1800.00 to US $2,000.00 per year.
