HBK Villa Rentals offer a complete villa management service so that you can have the peace of mind to know that your overseas investment is being well managed and looked after. WE offer the following services:

SERVICES OFFERED

  • All year round management – Villa will be checked on a regular basis to ensure that it is properly kept. We also hold keys for owners whose villa is not in the rental programme (There will be a monthly charge for holding keys)
  • Housekeeping services

Villa will be cleaned during the guest/tenant stay. (Toiletries and linen change will be provided by the management company). The arrival and departure cleaning for the guest/tenant will be charged to the Owner. Owner will be charged US $10.00 per hour for maid service when the villa is occupied by themselves or their guests.

  • General maintenance (Charged to owner)

General maintenance charge will be passed on to the owner (e.g. broken water heater). Should there be a need for major repairs; the owner will be contacted to approve such repairs if it exceeds US $400.00. (Except in the case of an emergency) These repairs will be paid by the owner.

  • Short and Long Term Rentals

Sourcing of clients for long and short term rental.  Expected Rental income for short term rentals will range from US $100 to US $160 per night. Long Term Tenants are charged between US $1,400.00 to US $1,600.00 per month plus utilities.

  • Payment of all other expenses associated with the villa

E.g. Insurance, Utilities etc (These are deducted from the owner’s rental income). Owner is required to pay to CDAL in advance three months community charge at the start of the contract.

  • Quarterly statements

Statements are prepared quarterly based on a calendar year. All income less deduction are calculated and transferred to the owner on or before the last day of the month following the quarter.
