Banking
International banking is available at 3 locations in Jolly Harbour: ABIB Bank, Caribbean Union Bank and Bank of Antigua. Banking hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 2:00pm and Fridays – 8:30am to 2:30pm.

The Oasis Beauty Salon offers a variety of treatments. For further information, please pay them a visit at the Commercial Centre. Call 562-3378 for more information!
RECEPTION
The Reception/Information centre opens 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday – Friday and on weekends and holidays from 9:00am to 6:00pm. At the reception you will be greeted by our well trained staff who will also be more than happy to welcome you to the Resort. We also have a computer with internet access in the lobby where guests can surf the net or check their e-mails free of charge.
Tours & Excursions: We are able to assist you in booking land and sea tours around Antigua. There is something for everyone, from Catamarans, to off-road jeep tours, snorkeling, boat charters and more!
SAFE BOXES
Complimentary safe boxes are available at your villa.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME
The check in time is 3:00pm. The check out time is 12:00pm. Please check with Reception if you would like to stay after 12:00pm. There is a “late departure” charge of USD$35.00. After 6:00pm, you will be charged for an additional night.
CAR RENTALS
There are various car rental companies located in the Commercial Centre or alternately this can be arranged with one of our Reception Staff at the Main Desk.
Parking
You are now able to park your rental car next to you villa – simply by obtaining a Security Pass from HBK Reception. Privately rented golf carts can travel to the villas without restrictions.
Transportation
For traveling from the shopping centre to the villas, we have a shuttle system, tokens can be purchased from the front desk. Alternatively, you can also rent a golf cart.
There is also a taxi stand at the Jolly Harbour Information Center general area. Public buses are another mode of transportation. A bus stop is located just outside the Resort gate.

The Jolly Harbour complex houses many independently owned bars/restaurants:

Drinking Water
The tap water in the villa is safe to drink. However, bottled water can be purchased at the supermarket or pharmacy at the Commercial Center.
electricity
The power supply to the villas is 220 volts. If you have equipment that is 110 volts, you may rent a converter from the Reception Desk.
Telephone
Each villa has its own direct dial telephone with free incoming international calls. It is possible to make international calls from your villa; however this can only be done with the purchase of a designated phone card from the pharmacy. If someone is calling you from overseas, they need only to dial 1-(268) and the telephone number of the phone in your villa.
MEDICAL SERVICES
A nurse is usually available at the adjacent property – Jolly Beach. However if you require emergency medical assistance. A doctor can be called, but there is a fee of US$100.00 for this service. (Note, for emergencies, call James on 464-1636.)
Book Club & INTERNET CAFE
The Jolly Home & Hardware Centre has a book exchange programme. A service charge of EC$5.00 is applied. A maximum of (4) four books are permitted to be exchanged at any given time. In the event that you do not have any books to exchange, you can purchase books for EC$10.00, in addition to the service charge fee. DVD rentals are also available. Call 562-2377 for more information on any of the foregoing.
BEACHES
Please note that all beaches in Antigua & Barbuda are public. Any business conducted on the beaches is at your own risk.
Beach towels are free of charge. If you need beach towels, please contact us at the check in desk and we will have the Room Attendant deliver one to your villa for you. A refundable fee of US$25.00 per towel is required and held until the towel is returned to reception.
HBK Villas has provided beach chairs for your comfort, please ask the receptionist at the time of checkin how you can get a free beach chair
SPORTS CENTER
All guests at Jolly Harbour are allowed to use the swimming pool free of charge. However, the sports facilities at the sports centre have a surcharge attached to them. Cost information is available at the Sports Centre.
